About the Role:
Third Acts LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sarasota, FL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation where your hard work and reliability make a real impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for accurate and timely fulfillment
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Load and unload trucks and freight using proper lifting techniques
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
